An Open Letter to Our Clients, Shared with Gratitude by Our CEO

December 31, 2025
Season’s greetings from Tag1.
As CEO of Tag1, one of the greatest privileges of this role is seeing how deeply our team cares about our clients and the outcomes we create together. One of our Client Partners, Dani Gerber, recently sent a year end note to her customers that captured this spirit so well that I asked if we could share it as an open letter here. It reflects how all of us at Tag1 think about partnership, your goals, and the future we are building with you.
Below is Dani’s message, shared with her permission and with my thanks to every client who trusted Tag1 this year.
Jeremy
Season's Greetings,
As the year winds down, I wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect on the great work we accomplished together in 2025.
Growing up, my family shared an end-of-year newsletter - a tradition I pretended was “so cringe,” but secretly adored. It wrapped a whole year into one heartfelt update and always ended with something to look forward to. The holiday nostalgia has me carrying that spirit of reflection and excitement into our work together… so please enjoy my grown-up client partner holiday newsletter. No awkward childhood photos - promise!
This year we remembered how much we appreciate our clients (that’s you!)
2025 was… a lot. So many happenings out of our control and things that were just hard to predict. But overall I look back on the year fondly. It was filled with lots of teachings, creative pivots, and true teamwork. We got through it together and there’s no stopping us now! Thank you. Your trust is so very appreciated.
As a company, we spent this year laying foundational groundwork into our client program. In 2026, you’ll see that come to life in the form of more consistent thought leadership, more intentional touchpoints, and more leadership involvement to make sure we’re supporting your goals and maximizing the impact of our work together.
We’re energized about exploring practical AI together (our delivery team was assigned homework and yes you can copy it!)
This past year, we moved beyond the hype and dedicated ourselves to proving AI’s value within our own work first. In that effort to build AI solutions that solve real problems, our team was given time and resources to implement their own AI-infused creation. They’re blogging about their experiences and final products - familiar faces like Chris Africa and Patricia Chang have already published theirs - check them out!
Throughout 2026, we’ll continue sharing these real-world, practical insights with you through guides, white papers, and our AI Applied Series, featuring lessons from the team homework to make using AI simpler and more responsible for your team.
🎁 — An Invitation to Explore AI (our gift to you) — 🎁
As a genuine thank you for your continued collaboration, we'd like to offer you a complimentary workshop where our leadership team will explore practical AI applications tailored specifically to your team and projects. It's a no-pressure chance to explore possibilities without any commitment. If you’re interested, just send a quick reply to this email!

If you haven’t had a chance yet, please check out our new website. This refresh wasn’t just cosmetic, it clearly shows who we are and how we can best support you.

Hello, 2026! We’re so ready for you
Before we close our laptops for the holidays, I’d love to hear your thoughts:
What is exciting you, concerning you, or driving your focus for 2026?
Thoughts big and small - Tag1 related or not at all. Knowing what’s on your mind helps us be a more proactive partner. Reply with quick thoughts, or we’ll catch up in the New Year.
Thank you, truly, for your partnership this past year. I look forward to a successful 2026 together.
May your holidays be cozy, your inbox be neatly tucked away for another day, and your coffee strong to carry you across the finish line!
Cheers, Dani & your Tag1 Family
P.S. I promised no embarrassing childhood photos… but I couldn’t resist a family pic! Wishing you the happiest holidays from all of us at Tag1.
