Jeremy Andrews is the Founding Partner and CEO of Tag1 Consulting, which he established in 2007 and has grown into a worldwide team of developers and infrastructure experts.
As both technical leader and business executive, Jeremy specializes in solving difficult performance and scalability problems while serving as a technical crisis manager and prevention specialist for clients facing complex challenges.
Jeremy's path to technology leadership began unconventionally. He dropped out of college in the mid-nineties, trying out as an English Major and a Computer Science Major before realizing formal education wasn't for him. Instead, he became self-taught across many technical disciplines, learning through hands-on experience and open source community involvement.
His early contributions to the tech community proved influential through KernelTrap.org, a technical blog he founded in 2001 and operated until 2010. Jeremy built it into a respected technical resource with regular interviews with prominent Linux kernel developers, reaching 50,000 daily visitors and helping make Drupal popular in its early days. He has also been a core contributor to Drupal since its earliest days in 2002, with patches going into Drupal from version 3 through version 11, demonstrating remarkable consistency and commitment to the platform's evolution.
Jeremy's technical innovations continue today. He created the Goose load testing framework, a Rust-based tool inspired by Locust that has become the most scalable open source load testing framework available. His embrace of AI technology is equally impressive - he operates a cluster of AI servers that process news 24/7, keeping him updated on his interests and alerting him to events affecting his globally distributed team.
Beyond his technical and business achievements, Jeremy maintains a distinctive lifestyle. He is raising a family in Tuscany, where they own a couple of vineyards, and is gaining fluency in Italian language and culture. Previously, he lived aboard and ran Tag1 from a sailboat while exploring the Eastern Seaboard and the Caribbean, proving that innovative leadership can happen from anywhere. An avid reader of Science Fiction and books in general, Jeremy continues to blend his love of technology with his appreciation for exploration, both intellectual and geographical.
Narayan Newton is a scaling specialist and Kubernetes SRE with a focus on shepherding sites to launch.
As Partner and CTO at Tag1, he brings deep expertise in managing complex infrastructure challenges and ensuring systems can handle high-traffic, mission-critical deployments.
Narayan graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Computer Science before working at the Oregon State Open Source Lab, where he supported major projects such as kernel.org, drupal.org, apache.org and Debian. This experience with foundational open source infrastructure gave him invaluable insight into how critical systems operate at scale.
His open source involvement began remarkably early - Narayan has worked in open source since he was 15. Over the years, he has contributed to various Linux distributions, the Linux kernel itself, the FreeBSD project, ran a documentation project for Slackware, and was a Google Summer of Code student for OpenSUSE. This extensive background demonstrates his long-standing commitment to the open source ecosystem.
Narayan has worked across every industry during his career, tackling diverse scaling challenges. One particularly memorable project involved saving the ACLU donations site from going down under load, ensuring a critical nonprofit could continue receiving support during a crucial period.
Looking toward the future, Narayan is interested in what will replace Kubernetes, staying ahead of the evolving infrastructure landscape that continues to reshape how applications are deployed and managed.
His passion for coaching shows through his role as a Level 2 USA Weightlifting coach, where he travels several times a year to coach his team nationally. Narayan also competes himself, bringing the same dedication to athletic performance that he applies to technical challenges. When not optimizing systems or training athletes, he pursues amateur wildlife photography and admits to owning far too many grills.
If Stanford University had been handing out Social Engineering degrees, Peta Hoyes would have graduated magna cum laude.
Instead, she leveraged their Mechanical Engineering program as a launch pad for using technology and digital media to build practical solutions for extraordinary people. The one-time entrepreneur and current manager at Tag1 Consulting has finessed all aspects of the website development process for a diverse client list.
What drives her is making technology transparent and usable; creating highly efficient virtual teams; and furthering the mission of game-changing organizations using open source technology.
While managing Tag1's distributed team of unparalleled performance engineers from her home base in New York City, she likes to say that she optimizes the team who optimizes the machines.
As Partner and CIO at Tag1, Jeff Sheltren oversees the infrastructure and DevOps group while serving as the company's Chief Information Security Officer.
His executive responsibilities include managing compliance efforts, writing and maintaining company policies, and handling the management tasks essential to keeping Tag1 running smoothly while ensuring the company culture remains strong. Beyond his executive duties, Jeff maintains hands-on technical involvement as a technical lead for multiple client projects.
Jeff graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BS in Computer Science, building a foundation that has served him throughout his career focused on large scale Linux/UNIX systems and open source software. His prior experience encompasses both the technical side through coding and the organizational side through foundation work, fundraising, and collaboration efforts, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how open source communities function and thrive.
This breadth of experience proves valuable in his work with Tag1's diverse client base. Jeff has enjoyed working with customers across a wide spectrum, from nonprofits standing up for causes he believes in, such as the ACLU and The Center for Reproductive Rights, to cutting-edge, large-scale deployments for Fortune 500 companies. This range allows him to apply his technical and leadership expertise to meaningful social causes while also tackling complex enterprise challenges that push the boundaries of what's possible.
Currently, Jeff is focused on leveraging AI to help teams improve performance and efficiency, exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance both internal operations and client delivery while maintaining the high standards Tag1 is known for.
Jeff maintains an active lifestyle through biking, paddle boarding, and weight lifting. He roasts his own coffee and keeps his finger on the pulse of the beer brewing scene, combining technical curiosity with culinary interests. Most importantly, Jeff loves traveling with his family, sharing cultures and experiences with them and creating memories that enrich their understanding of the world.
Fabian Franz makes everything more performant: Teams, Code, Processes, Databases.
As Vice President of Software Engineering, this self-described "genius polymath wizard that can remember 30+ digits of PI" has architected several large subsystem parts of Drupal, fundamentally changing how developers approach web performance optimization.
His connection to open source runs deeper than most - Fabian was born at the exact same day as the GNU project, making him, as he puts it, "born OpenSource. Professional OSS from day 0!" This lifelong commitment shows through his extensive contributions to open source communities, including active involvement in the Knoppix Live CD project and creating his own open source project called FreeNX.
Fabian's technical innovations have had widespread impact. His development of BigPipe revolutionized how web pages load content, while his Zero Overhead XHProf profiler became an essential tool for performance debugging. His contributions extend to GIT development and co-authoring a published USENIX research paper, all supported by his computer science degree foundation.
Before joining Tag1, Fabian's non-profit work included projects for EarthDay, Jane Goodall institute, Cornell and Stanford, which he describes as "really cool" opportunities. His experience spans both mission-driven organizations and enterprise environments, allowing him to tackle diverse technical challenges at different scales.
Currently, Fabian is focused on "doing everything with AI," exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance the performance improvements that define his approach across teams, code, and processes.
When not optimizing systems, Fabian enjoys salsa dancing and fitness, activities that provide a different kind of energy and rhythm to balance his technically intensive leadership work.
As Managing Director at Tag1, Michael Meyers brings a startup-focused perspective to leading complex technical initiatives and organizational growth.
He helps guide the firm's strategic direction while drawing on extensive experience in scaling technology platforms.
Michael's background centers on startups and platform development. Prior to joining Tag1, he served as VP of Developer Relations at Acquia, where he established and led Developer Marketing, Developer Products, and Developer Relations. Valerie's entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding a vintage clothing store, a venture that sparked her passion for building and growing businesses.
Though college didn't hold her attention long, that entrepreneurial spirit led her through outsourced HR and staffing services before a strategic shift into technology in 2010 brought her unexpectedly into the Drupal world through an agency role.
Over the past 15 years, Valerie has immersed herself in the Drupal ecosystem while building expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and sales operations. As Sr Director, Client Engagement, she draws on 25+ years of leadership experience to build high-performing teams, develop long-standing customer partnerships, and consistently drive revenue growth. Her collaborative leadership style and client-first mindset focus on supporting teams as they manage complex accounts and negotiate strategic contracts.
Valerie has learned that facing upset clients requires commitment to doing what you believe is right, and good things can happen when you show up with accountability and genuine care for the relationship. She's become an active supporter of the Drupal community through her work with various agencies over the years.
The irony isn't lost on Valerie that someone who loves the outdoors and traveling chose a career that keeps her behind a computer all day. Most vacations find her exploring nature, hiking scenic trails, or visiting ancient historical sites. She loves animals and cherishes time with family. When unable to travel or hike, she enjoys sewing and crafting - during COVID, she designed patterns and sewed Pokémon for her 9-year-old grandson that weren't perfect but remain treasured.
Hank generally describes himself as a customer-first technology leader.
It's a pretty good description for his role as Sr. Director, Customer Experience at Tag1, where he has a wide mandate focused on supporting various phases of the customer journey, leading marketing efforts, contributing to product and go-to-market strategies, and serving as executive account manager for key clients.
His path into technology began in the late '90s building super basic, custom content management systems as part of customer website projects. Hank has been involved in the Drupal community since early 2006 and holds a BA in English from Vassar College. He credits his Liberal Arts education with teaching him critical thinking and communication skills that have proven invaluable throughout his tech career.
Hank has held leadership positions across the open source technology space, including Director of Technology & Professional Services at ImageX, VP of Digital Solutions at FFW, and Sr. Director of Professional Services at Pantheon, where he grew that team from 8 FTE to a global team of 60 in less than 2 years. He's enjoyed working with all types of customers, from 3-person nonprofits working out of someone's basement to global corporations in the Fortune 10.
He really loves any project that lets him dig in deeply as a consultant and question the status quo, but he's particularly drawn to organizations focused on the democratization of technology and using it for the betterment of society. Hank generally describes himself as a hopeless optimist and sees tremendous potential for AI to contribute to the public good.
Hank loves spending time and traveling with his wife and daughter, an aspiring pastry chef. One of their favorite short vacations is a trip to Manhattan for a show or two on Broadway. He loves his little dog Tito, a chihuahua-terrier mix, and roasts his own coffee, having committed significant amounts of time to servicing his espresso machine.
Cassey brings a player/coach leadership style to her role as Senior Growth Marketing Strategist, blending vision with execution across her 20+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, government, and professional services.
She holds a BA in Marketing with a minor in Economics plus an MS in Industrial & Employee Relations, working across public, private, nonprofit, and higher education sectors.
One of her proudest accomplishments involved taking over and leading a digital agency rebrand that had been stalled for more than 8 years, with many others before her struggling to get the project across the finish line. They completed the full rebrand and launched a new website, and the team's enthusiasm for a brand they could finally be proud of translated into better alignment, more energy, and renewed confidence they could bring to clients and the market.
Cassey also developed an event marketing strategy from the ground up that resulted in more leads generated from events than in the history of the organization. Currently, she's focusing on SEO for AI, optimizing content and learning what that optimization looks like to ensure content surfaces in AI-driven search experiences like Google's SGE, Perplexity, and ChatGPT.
She and her husband have two boys with a 5-year age gap, keeping them busy with all things sports, school, and college - and they absolutely love it. The family volunteers with organizations and sports their boys are involved in, loves movies and entertaining friends for dinners, and are very competitive at board games. Their boys really wanted a sister, so her husband's solution? Two girl dogs!

Jason builds and manages technical infrastructure as an Infrastructure Engineer, focusing on the components needed to deploy and support software applications.
Much of his work involves automating and supporting these application deployments, drawing on experience with cloud platforms like AWS as well as bare-metal environments.
His interest in infrastructure work began during his computer science studies at Oregon State University, where he worked at the Open Source Lab supporting various open source projects with hosting resources. This experience at OSU's Open Source Lab sparked his passion for the infrastructure side of technology and shaped his career direction.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys hobby programming projects in Rust and more recently Swift. He also manages an "overkill homelab" that runs various self-hosted services for him and family members, though he tries not to spend too much time on it since it can get uncomfortably similar to the work he does at Tag1.
Jason loves playing basketball and during NBA and NFL seasons spends an unreasonable amount of time watching games - he's particularly dedicated to following the Blazers. When he wants to truly relax, he usually turns to reading.
Sudhakar's approach to infrastructure engineering centers on "building stuff on the cloud that stuff can run on" and "automating all the things."
Beyond individual contributions, he excels at building and running teams that share his philosophy of systematic infrastructure development and automation.
The rise of AI captures Sudhakar's attention, particularly the challenge of channeling its potential rather than being consumed by it. He recognizes both the opportunities and risks that come with rapidly advancing artificial intelligence capabilities.
Sudhakar describes himself as a "mad reader," devouring everything from Conrad and Wodehouse to science fiction, Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, Lee Child's Reacher series, and Yuval Noah Harari's works. He was a beekeeper until Varroa destructor—a parasitic mite that devastates bee colonies—ended that pursuit. Travel remains a passion, especially adventures involving wildlife, camping, and fishing shared with his wife, two daughters, and their Malinois dog.
As an Infrastructure Engineer, Hunter Lannon takes a bunch of software and computers and wires them together to run webpages efficiently, securely, and resiliently.
Hunter's educational path took a practical turn during his three years of computer science education at Oregon State University, when he started his first job as a student systems engineer at the Open Source Lab on campus. There, he discovered a knack for infrastructure work and decided he'd pursue it as a career over programming. Hunter spent a bit over a year there before starting as a contractor for Tag1. He enjoys working with open source software projects, appreciating both the work they do and the amazing people in that space.
Currently, Hunter is interested in the direction that cloud computing is heading. While the shift to containers and Kubernetes has been quite successful, he finds this constantly changing and innovating sector fascinating to watch evolve.
Hunter spends a great deal of his personal time playing in chess tournaments and chess meets. His other pursuits include playing the fiddle and gardening.
Hunter's educational path took a practical turn during his three years of computer science education at Oregon State University. He dropped out his senior year since the coursework was misaligned with his professional role and was not an efficient use of resources, choosing hands-on experience over academic completion.
This decision led him to work at the Oregon State Open Source Lab, the same place where the majority of Tag1's infrastructure team worked. Hunter spent a bit over a year there before working as a contractor for Tag1.
His other pursuits include playing the fiddle, riding a unicycle, and lifting weights. At home, he cares for a greyhound, a small mutt, and a fish tank with a bunch of small tropical fish and shrimp.
Max Whitehead works primarily with Kubernetes and IaC tools to build out whatever machinery and pipelines necessary to deploy and operate Drupal sites and other apps.
As an Infrastructure Engineer, they focus on creating the technical foundation that enables smooth application deployment and operations.
Their path to infrastructure work began with studying software engineering at DigiPen Institute of Technology with a focus on video game and game engine development. Max worked on physics simulation on Unreal Engine at Epic Games before joining Tag1 and pivoting to infrastructure. While they previously worked professionally in the video game industry, Max still continues game development on the side for fun, dabbling in indie game dev projects.
Max very much enjoys untangling hairy problems, debugging, and making an impact on any sort of project. They are always looking for opportunities to write more Rust and closely follow the growth of the Rust ecosystem, exploring how this powerful language can enhance their technical work.
At home, Max shares their space with an impressive collection of companions: four cats and four guinea pigs, creating a lively household that matches their energetic approach to both professional challenges and personal projects.
Travis likes to joke that he's a "computer plumber."
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, he builds and maintains the infrastructure that powers websites, apps, and services. He feels like both a generalist and a specialist, finding that his value to teams lies less in expertise with specific tech stacks and more in his ability to "close the gap" in technical and social communications capacities, identifying and working through obstacles to help teams reach their goals.
His infrastructure career began during his computer science studies at Oregon State University, where he had the privilege of working with OSU's Open Source Lab supporting infrastructure for open source software projects both small and large. Travis believes that good technologists' strongest skillset is the ability to learn quickly and independently - you can throw them at any challenge and they have the capacity to acquire the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver. He loves learning, especially as part of solving hard problems.
Travis finds it most rewarding to work on projects that make folks' lives or work-lives easier. He also enjoys working on tricky, complex problems or new problem-spaces that are intellectually stimulating. Most of his open source contributions involve fixing bugs or upstreaming solutions in smaller projects he works with in hobby projects. While he wouldn't call it an emerging technology, he really enjoys working with Rust, finding the developer experience, language features, patterns, and ecosystem a pleasure.
Outside of work, Travis bounces between a number of hobbies and tends to full-send on one thing at a time. Sometimes this means hobby software projects, sometimes video games, roleplaying games, reading and studying tarot, or mixing music and recording DJ sets for his own enjoyment.

Gabriel Sullice is passionate about bringing software that's a joy to use into reality.
As a Tech lead, he focuses on crafting delightful and intuitive user experiences, architecting ergonomic developer APIs, or building resilient systems that don't wake anyone up in the middle of the night.
His technical background centers on HTTP-based systems, backend architecture, and resource optimization, with Go, JavaScript, and PHP as his languages of choice. Gabriel's expertise in API development proved influential when he helped shape the JSON:API specification, maintained related subsystems in Drupal core, and co-led Drupal's API-first initiative during his time as a full-time Drupal core contributor at Acquia.
Prior to that role, Gabriel worked at a mission-driven web development and design agency where he really enjoyed working with non-profit and NGO clients who were working hard to serve their communities. This experience reinforced his commitment to meaningful technology solutions.
Even though they've fallen out of favor, Gabriel still believes that blockchains and advances in cryptography have the potential to address some of society's biggest challenges, reflecting his interest in technology's broader social impact.
Gabriel describes himself as a hobby hopper, switching every few years. He has learned to fly a small airplane, taught himself simple woodworking, got into amateur photography, and spent time smoking lots of BBQ. Currently, he's taking applications for his next special interest, embracing the playful curiosity that drives both his professional innovation and personal exploration.

Kristiaan really, really, REALLY likes to write code - passion that somehow turned into a career as a Drupal specialist and author of the Group module, a project that has kept him busy for well over a decade.
He loves diving into code bases to understand how everything works, then finding the most optimal solution to each problem space.
Everything Kristiaan knows about coding came through self-teaching or explanations from people he met along the way. His bachelor's degree in journalism occasionally proves helpful when preparing conference talks or blog posts. Working remotely since the early 2010s has connected him with interesting people from many countries and cultures, some of whom remain close friends.
The Group module represents Kristiaan's signature contribution to Drupal - it has become the de-facto standard for community platforms and multisites. He gravitates toward projects with substantial data structuring challenges, which explains his continued love for the Group module and its approach to organizing content and managing access. His work on the Group module led to creating systems that eventually became part of Drupal core as VariationCache and the Access Policy API. He's particularly proud of authoring two major changes in Drupal core this way.
Beyond the Group module, he enjoys working on projects that make a difference in the world, like facilitating medical equipment delivery or providing hard-to-find information to students. Kristiaan feels excited about new PHP 8 features and anticipates how they'll make collective code bases cleaner and easier to parse.
Outside of coding, Kristiaan has held season tickets at Beerschot, an Antwerp football team, for twenty-five years. He shares this passion with his dad, brother, and best friend. Though he generally dislikes crowds, the team helps him take his mind off things - they're great for fans who enjoy "drama, clutching defeat from the jaws of victory, and cynicism," but it feels like home. He plays golf occasionally when weather permits and absolutely loves winter sports, especially skiing and snowboarding in the Austrian mountains with their good food, beer, atmosphere, and challenging slopes. Married for ten years with two kids and a cat, his feline friend often makes Zoom call appearances.
Marco Villegas is an expert in web software development, helping organizations create effective solutions and integrate existing systems.
As Senior Drupal Developer, he specializes in building bridges between different technologies and platforms to meet complex organizational needs.
Marco has been helping the Drupal ecosystem since 2007, contributing to crucial moments in the platform's evolution. His infrastructure work includes the migration from CVS to Git, the drupal.org upgrade from version 6 to 7, the initial preparation work to make Migrate part of Drupal core, and implementing single sign on for drupal.org. These behind-the-scenes contributions have been essential to Drupal's growth and modernization.
His open source involvement extends well beyond Drupal. Marco has contributed to other significant projects, including creating the original Git cache support for Composer, working on Debian packaging, and even making a couple of commits to the Linux kernel itself. This breadth of contribution demonstrates his deep understanding of the entire open source ecosystem and his commitment to improving the tools that developers rely on daily.
Marlene Wanberg helps bring a website's vision to life by turning design and user experience goals into interactive, functional elements that users engage with.
As a Frontend developer, she collaborates with others who manage underlying systems and data to ensure everything works together seamlessly, focusing on the human element of technology.
Her educational background reflects this people-first philosophy. Marlene has a BA in Humanities, a field distinct from her profession, but one she uses daily because, ultimately, this work is all about people. She began building sites with Drupal in 2007, when version 5 was the latest release, and has watched the platform evolve over nearly two decades of development work.
Marlene also taught at an art school for several years, bridging her creative and technical interests. She has guided clients ranging from local politicians and small business owners to nonprofits, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and enterprise tech companies through every stage of the website process. Her favorite projects are those where she primarily applies the designs, which feels almost like abstract art to her.
Her commitment to the development community shows through organizing work. In 2011 she helped start and run the PDX Frontend Drupal User Group, and in 2015 she founded the short-lived but much-loved Devsigner Conference, which brought developers and designers together to share ideas and bridge gaps between the two specialties.
When not coding, Marlene pursues reading, photography, art, tending plants, board games, cooking, and amateur herbalism. Her constant companion through all these activities is Bunter, her 14-year-old black lab/golden retriever mix, who has been with her through thick and thin and is her best bud.
Alex wrangles code to bring visions to life.
As a Senior Engineer, he took an unconventional path into tech, never actually graduating college because he started working and quickly got bored by class. He focused entirely on his career instead and hasn't looked back since.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and run Webdrop, a Drupal shop he started with a good friend in 2011. They built some badass websites and grew the company to 10 people before it eventually came to an end, but the people he met and lessons learned proved invaluable. Alex has funnily enough mostly hopped between a couple different verticals - property management covering both real estate and vacation rentals, plus donations and grants work.
While he finds it most fun to work on projects where he gets to use cool new tech, Alex finds it most rewarding to work on more meaningful projects where it's not just about making a buck. His personal projects include a full-featured money management app built in React and Electron that he actually used himself, plus a game in Svelte that he's particularly fond of.
Alex describes himself as a big Svelte fanboy, having built a growing number of passion projects with it. He believes they got the idea right from the start by moving away from the JIT-esque nature of current SPA JavaScript apps toward a full compiler approach, resulting in code that's astoundingly small, blazing fast, and works everywhere. He's made thousands of Drupal contributions ranging from new modules, themes, and profiles to countless patches on existing projects and documentation.
As a single dad, Alex spends most of his downtime hanging out with his kid, playing video games, watching TV, and playing outside. He used to unwind by getting tattoos but ran out of space. Led, his French bulldog, is unfortunately no longer with him, so he's looking into getting an AI assistant to replace him as his coding companion - as soon as he finds one that doesn't profoundly irritate him!
Peter loves integrating motion graphics, transitions, and animations into projects to make them delightful - or at least informative.
As a Senior Software Engineer who focuses on frontend and decoupled development, he enjoys working on projects where a simple API response transforms the display and makes data and functionality feel "explorable" for users.
His web development journey began at a Flash agency building websites for companies like Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, and Vail Resorts. After college at UBC in Vancouver and graduating from CU Denver, Peter moved through freelance work using Drupal to build entire projects, then worked at several agencies as part of teams on larger projects. Recently, he did core development as part of the Drupal Acceleration Team at Acquia and has since helped design and develop a SaaS platform.
Peter's project portfolio spans diverse industries and creative challenges. He built an interactive tuition calculator for Stanford, created a multilingual news display for Human Rights Watch, crafted JavaScript games for early childhood education at Connect4Learning, and made an artwork lottery for the Museum of Contemporary Art in Denver. His biggest accomplishment during his time on the Drupal Acceleration Team was laying the groundwork to get CKEditor5 into core, collaborating with the CKSource team to design dynamic plugin integration and building the first Drupal modules for CKEditor5.
He's excited about Drupal's continued strength as a platform for APIs and structured, translatable data, particularly for MCP workflows. Peter also follows developments in SwiftUI, WebAssembly, and using Rust for higher performance web apps. Outside software, he's interested in 3D printing, CNC machining, and using Unreal Engine and Blender for procedural generation.
Peter and his wife have an ambitious travel goal: visiting all 50 US states before tackling all 1200 islands in her home country, the Maldives. They sometimes drive at 3am to find dark skies for meteor shower watching. He often plans entire trips around trying local food each place is famous for, and though he grew up far from the ocean, his favorite destinations are beaches where he can snorkel, scuba dive, and ride on boats.
Moshe Weitzman is a software architect and web developer who holds a unique place in Drupal history as the first American to contribute to the platform.
Since joining Drupal in 2001, he has been a consistent technical and organizational leader, helping shape the platform's development over more than two decades.
As Senior Architect & Project Lead, Moshe maintains several critical Drupal subsystems including user, comment, and bootstrap, ensuring these foundational components continue to function reliably as the platform evolves. His technical leadership extends across multiple areas of Drupal's core functionality.
Most notably, Moshe created Drush, Drupal's command-line interface tool that has become essential to virtually every Drupal developer's workflow. Drush revolutionized how developers interact with Drupal sites, enabling efficient site management, module installation, database operations, and countless other tasks from the command line. This tool has become so integral to Drupal development that it's difficult to imagine working with Drupal without it.
Moshe's sustained contributions over more than twenty years, including creating one of Drupal's most essential tools, reflect both his technical expertise and his commitment to the Drupal community's growth and success.
